About Our Firm

Lisa Palazzo and her husband started an in-home business preparing tax returns for individuals working overseas in the summer of 2001.  Operating out of a spare bedroom, the Palazzo’s worked tirelessly to gain clients and build a business that would one day grow into a stand-alone storefront on the Mississippi Gulf Coast.

In 2005, after several years of steady growth, Palazzo & Company moved to the Biloxi Business Incubator and added its first employee.  During 2006 and 2007, the company continued to experience steady growth which resulted in the acquisition of  its own office space and the development of an internship program.

Palazzo & Company has grown to become a premier Expat service provider.  Our staff is made up of Certified Public Accountants and Expat Tax Professionals who have received extensive training and have over 20 years of hands-on experience with Expat Tax.  We also specialize in business income tax preparation and consulting along with small-business accounting.  Palazzo & Company has a solid business plan and an experienced management team that will continue to guide the firm to new levels.
